DataHighlight one barAfter a chart builds, every bar fades to grey except one, which takes the accent color and a label, telling the viewer exactly where to look.

DataAxis and grid revealThe chart frame builds before the data: axes extend from the origin, gridlines draw across in a quick stagger, and tick labels fade in.

DataStacked area growLayered areas rise from the baseline one band at a time, each stacking on the last, so the viewer sees both the total and its parts.

DataAnnotation calloutA leader line draws out from a data point and a short label pops in at its end, pointing the viewer to the one detail that matters.

DataSankey flowBands of varying width flow from sources to destinations, drawing left to right so the viewer sees where every share of a total goes.

DataBefore and after data splitTwo states of the same chart or metric share the frame, split by a divider that slides across to reveal the change from before to after.
